RETURNS
Lash Addicts is more than happy to offer customers with the option of returning product/s purchased within 7 days of receiving your order on the condition that:
2. Product/s have not been opened or used
3. The customer has first contacted Lash Addicts for a Return approval. No returned product/s will be replaced or exchanged otherwise (process details below)
4. Returned product/s must be received in its original condition, unopened, unused and undamaged
If all steps are not met accordingly, all product/s returned will be immediately sent back to the customer.
RETURNING PRODUCTS
The cost of postage for returning product/s will be the responsibility of the customer unless in the case that Lash Addicts is at fault.1. Please contact Lash Addicts at info@lashaddicts.com.au for a Return Approval
DAMAGED GOODS
If the product/s your receive are damaged, faulty, or do not meet its description please notify us by sending photos to info@lashaddicts.com.au within 48 hours upon delivery. Damaged product/s must be returned in/with the packaging it was sent in/with. Once received and reviewed we will notify you within 3 days if you will be given a replacement or a refund.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Please be advised that once an order has been processed we are unable to amend or cancel it due to the fast processes we have in place. So If you are wanting to change or amend your order please contact as soon as possible and if we haven't processed your order yet we may be able to fulfil your request.
CUSTOMER ERROR
If for any reason an order is returned to Lash Addicts due to customer error (incorrect address/details etc) a 15% postage and handling fee will apply before you will receive your order. You will be notified and once payment is received we will immediately ship your order.
ALL CLEARANCE AND SALE PRODUCTS
No credit note will be approved for any clearance, sale and/or discounted (with discount codes) products.
