AUSTRALIAN ORDERS (SAME DAY EXPRESS SHIPPING)
 

All orders made before 2:00PM (AEST) will be shipped out on the same day. Any orders placed after 2:00PM (AEST) will be shipped out the following business day. In the unlikely event that your order cannot be shipped out the same day, you will be notified and your order will be shipped the following business day.

All Australian orders are shipped Express Delivery via Australia Post. If you are located within the Express Post Network you should receive your order the following business day. If you are located outside the Express Post Network it may take up to 3 business days for your order to arrive. To find out if you are in the Express Post Network click HERE and select "Express Post Delivery Postcodes" towards the bottom of the page.

When your item is shipped you will receive an email with a link to track your order online.
We provide Free Express Shipping for all orders over the amount of $200.00. All orders made under the amount of $200.00 will cost $10.00 for Express Shipping.
 
Please note that once an order has been lodged with Australia Post, Lash Addicts are no longer liable for lost, stolen or misplaced packages. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure all contact and delivery information is correct.
Should your parcel go missing, it is your responsibility to lodge a claim but we will also assist where possible.
