The user/purchaser is responsible for selecting the suitability of a product & following the recommended method of use. All professionals incorporating a Lash Addicts product into their Eyelash Extension services agree & recognize that applying Eyelash Extensions can never be 100% safe & that injury to the eye or surrounding area, irritation of mucous membranes, eyes, or premature falling out of lashes may occur. All safety precautions & safe guarding of clients wellbeing is the responsibility/liability of the Lash Extension service provider (you) & not the liability of Lash Addicts.

 

 

 

 

 

All information obtained during your purchase of our product/s and all of the information that you give as part of the transaction, such as your name, address, method of payment, credit card number and billing information may be collected by both us and our payment processing companies. 

 

You agree to only purchase product/s for yourself or for another person for whom you are legally permitted to do so for whom you have obtained the consent to provide their name, address, method of payment, credit card number and billing information. 

You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf. You agree to use our product/s for legitimate purposes only and not for speculative, false, fraudulent or illegal purposes. 

 

As we have a clear Returns Policy in these Terms & Conditions that you have agreed to prior to completing your purchase of our product/s, we do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback threat or actual chargeback from your credit card company. 

In the event that a chargeback is placed on a purchase or we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase we reserve the right to report the incident to all three credit reporting agencies or to any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database or for listing as a delinquent account which could have a negative impact on your credit report score. The information reported will include your name, email address, order date, order amount and billing address. Chargeback abusers wishing to be removed from the database shall make the payment for the amount of the chargeback. 

 

If you make a purchase using one of merchant affiliates they may have privacy and data collection practices that are different from ours. You release us and our payment processing companies from any damages that you incur and agree not to assert any claims against us or them arising from your purchase through the use of our website and it's content.

 

 

 

All orders made before 2:00PM (AEST) will be shipped out on the same day. Any orders placed after 2:00PM (AEST) will be shipped out the following business day. In the unlikely event that your order cannot be shipped the same day, you will be notified and your order will be shipped the following business day.

All Australian orders are shipped Express via Australia Post. If you are located within the Express Post Network you should receive your order the following business day. If you are located outside the Express Post Network it may take up to 3 business days for your order to arrive.

As the buyer you are fully responsible for the information entered in the billing and shipping address fields.  If an item is undeliverable and returned to us you will be required to pay again for shipping (if the shipping was free you will have to pay our standard fee the second time). 
If an incorrect address is entered and the item is delivered to that address there will be no replacement or refund of the order.  If an item is damaged during transit or lost Lash Addicts will not be held responsible.
